Overview

As higher boost levels and power are pushed through the Audi 4.0T platform, stock waste gates prove inadequate in managing the increased boost and EMAP pressures, despite the vacuum controlled by the N75 Valve. TGK Motorsport proudly presents upgraded waste gate actuators featuring a 60MM Diaphragm and Cup, significantly enhancing waste gate holding power.

Our waste gate boasts a 150% larger size than stock diaphragm, enabling it to effectively manage high boost and EMAP pressures while maintaining a factory vacuum style gate, simplifying tuning without the need for a MAC valve alongside a boost-style Waste gate.
