Overview

EQT's modular line kit is unlike any other fuel line system currently on the market, with unique features made specifically for the MQB/e platform, and made using the highest quality materials:

• Lines are composed of -6AN PTFE with a braided protection layer.
• Crimped on anodized aluminum fittings to provide the highest level of leak prevention.
• Incorporated swivel joints to help with ease of installation.
• exclusive double-angle fitting that ensures perfectly aligned installation around the firewall in the engine bay.

Sections Built for Your Needs and Future Fueling Growth

1 - Main Fuel Line

This is the primary part of the modular fuel line kit and runs all the way from the low-pressure fuel pump (LPFP) to the firewall in the engine bay. This is a long braided hose that has a larger diameter than stock allowing for higher flow.

2 - Accessory Options

Section 2 is where the bulk of options are as this can customized fully based on your needs. This section extends from the firewall to the passenger side of the intake manifold. You can pick between having a fuel-filter, a flex-fuel sensor, both a flex-fuel sensor and fuel-filter or none at all if desired.

3 - MPI or No MPI

Section 3 runs the length of the intake manifold. The selection on this section is dependent on if you have MPI or not. If you have MPI, you will have an adapter to connect to your fuel rail, and if you do not have MPI you can opt for our bypass line to retain all other benefits of the fuel line kit.

4 - HPFP Line and Cap

The final section of the system runs from the driver side of the intake manifold to the HPFP. It will connect to either the end of an MPI rail, if you have one installed, or to the MPI bypass line if you purchased this as well. On the HPFP side, you must either purchase the EQT upgrade HPFP cap or the HPFP line adapter fitting to use this line.

Your kit includes the selected accessories in the box. EQT lists these parts as separate required add-ons on its own product page; for this kit, any required add-ons you select are included with your purchase and do not need to be added separately.

LPFP -> Main Line -> In-Line Fuel Filter and/or Ethanol Sensor -> MPI Rail -> Stock Fuel Line or -AN6 Line Option -> HPFP Cap (EQT or Stock)

MPI configuration — choose the option that matches your car's current configuration:

• I have an EQT MPI kit: Choose the Yes (Standard MPI Adapter) option so the fuel line connects to your MPI fuel rail.
• I do not have MPI: Choose the No MPI (Bypass Adapter) option; which lets you use the fuel line system without an MPI rail.
• Planning to add MPI later? Choose based on your current setup. You can upgrade later with the required parts. Compatibility with other brands’ MPI kits has not been confirmed.

Accessory options:

• Ethanol / Flex Fuel Kit: Choose this if you want the system to read fuel ethanol content for use with a compatible flex-fuel tune.
• In-Line Fuel Filter Kit: Choose this to add a replaceable filter to the fuel system.
• In-Line Fuel Filter & Ethanol / Flex Fuel Kits: Choose this if you want both accessories.

HPFP connection: The final fuel line section needs an HPFP-side connection. Choose the included HPFP cap and line option, or the adapter option if you already have the compatible EQT cap. Confirm which connection your setup requires before ordering.

The kit’s main line runs from the low-pressure fuel pump to the engine bay. Accessory and MPI selections determine how the remaining sections connect and what is included. EQT’s product page describes these section choices and notes that other brands’ MPI compatibility is unconfirmed.
