Stage Information

Stage 1

Stage 1 is engineered for completely stock vehicles and delivers massive performance gains with support for 91, 93, 100, and 104 octane fuel. Optional intake, turbo inlet, and intercooler upgrades further improve airflow and consistency but are not required.

Stage 2

Stage 2 is designed for vehicles equipped with a high-flow performance downpipe and supporting bolt-on hardware. The upgraded exhaust flow allows the factory turbocharger to produce up to 577 horsepower and 592 lb-ft of torque, while maintaining factory-like drivability and reliability.

Existing Stage 1 customers can upgrade to Stage 2 by paying only the difference in software cost.

E85 Ethanol Support

E85 fuel unlocks the highest performance available from the factory turbocharger. IE's ethanol calibration automatically adapts for ethanol content from approximately E60 through full E85, allowing flexibility when fueling while maximizing horsepower, torque, and knock resistance.

1000cc Injector Support

For customers running E85, IE includes an optional calibration supporting 1000cc multi-port injectors. This upgrade provides additional fueling capacity beyond the factory system, improving reliability and fuel delivery on high ethanol blends while maintaining excellent drivability on both gasoline and ethanol fuels.

Reliability Testing

Every Integrated Engineering calibration undergoes extensive development and validation using in-house engine dynos, chassis dynos, and real-world testing across a wide range of climates, elevations, and operating conditions. Factory safety strategies are retained and optimized to deliver consistent performance without sacrificing reliability.
