Overview

Ditch your heavy, ugly stock wheel bolts or rusty steel stud conversion and do your build some justice! We've been running these titanium alloy studs on both street and track cars (including dedicated time attack and drag cars) for years with zero issues. Unlike 100% titanium bolts/studs, our Ti-6Al-4V alloy is much stronger than comparable steel counterparts.

New: Select the extra nuts option if you want a second set of nuts for stock or aftermarket wheels. Handy if you're running two sets of wheels with different seats!

Lightweight:

Stock wheel bolt: 0.1kg (100g) / 0.2lb (4oz) 

Titanium stud/nut combo: 0.045kg (45g) / 0.1lb (2oz)

Total rotational/unsprung weight savings: 1.1kg (1100g) / 2.4lb (39oz)

High Strength:

GAS Titanium wheel studs: 950 mPa (138,000 psi)

Stock wheel bolts: 540 mPa (78,300 psi)

• ~40mm of available thread, measured from the brake disc face
• Less than half the weight of OEM bolts
• Machined from Ti-6Al-4V aerospace grade titanium alloy

• Faster & easier wheel changes, no more balancing your wheel while lining up the bolts
• Titanium-vanadium composition is nearly twice as strong as OEM steel bolts

• Threads rolled to a strict 6g/6H tolerance
• Allows the use of up to 15mm wheel spacers (wheel-dependent)

Installation:

• Remove wheels
• If your hubs are rusty, cleaning the threads with an M14x1.5 tap before installation is highly recommended
• Install GAS wheel studs with supplied loctite on short threads
• Torque studs into hubs to 15nm using a 4mm hex socket
• Install spacers (if applicable) and wheels onto the new studs
• Torque wheel nuts to factory specifications
