GAS Omega 1000HP Billet Intercooler Kit for Audi B9/B9.5 S4/S5

The GAS billet intercooler upgrade for the EA839 3.0T engine utilizes a 1000hp core that has earned its fame on some of the fastest street cars on the planet. They started with an excellent base and built a direct-fit unit that delivers again and again, no matter the power level! 

Maximum cooling

3D modeling & rapid prototyping to exploit all of the available space in the front end, and designed our billet end tanks around the widest core that could possibly fit within the OEM constraints. This means that hot charge air spends longer in our core than in other options, maximizing the cooling effect.

No cutting - a true bolt-on solution!

While other options require you to cut the core support to make room for taller cores, we analyzed the front end to exhaustion to deliver a solution that is truly bolt-on. No cutting, no trimming, just pure performance. Even within the constraints of the stock core support, the end result provides over 1000hp of flow with minimal pressure drop. Fits perfectly with the stock crash bar & bumper installed.

Charge pipes that deliver

This kit includes our 76mm (3.0") titanium charge pipe set. These beefy, lightweight charge pipes replace your failure-prone stock plastic and rubber units to keep your boost where it should be - inside the engine.  These pipes will outflow any turbo you can throw at them, including every currently available full-frame option!

• 4-ply chemical, oil, and coolant resistant silicone couplers rated to 10bar (145psi) boost pressure
• Stainless T-bolt clamps for high strength
• 76mm diameter charge pipes will flow 88lb/min at 398fps
