Overview
BCP Motorsports has been building VW/Audi engines since 2017, with configurations ranging from reliable high-power daily drivers to fully prepared race applications. Their experience covers everything from upgraded forged bottom ends to extensively machined and ported engines designed to handle significantly increased power and cylinder pressure.
Each BCP Motorsports built engine is assembled around the intended power level and application. As power targets increase, the build incorporates stronger internal components, upgraded valvetrain hardware, higher-strength fasteners, and additional cylinder-head and machining work to support the demands of larger turbochargers and higher cylinder pressures.
The staged configurations below make it easy to compare the hardware and machine-shop services included at each power level. Parts are the physical components supplied with the engine, while services cover the machining, cleaning, inspection, porting, and engine preparation performed as part of the build.

STAGE 1 BUILT ENGINE — 550 WHP DAILY
The Stage 1 build is designed for a high-power daily-driven application. Forged pistons and connecting rods replace the factory internal components, while upgraded bearings and ARP hardware provide a stronger foundation for increased cylinder pressure and power.

STAGE 3 BUILT ENGINE — 800 WHP DAILY
Stage 3 is designed for serious high-power street applications targeting approximately 800 WHP. This updated configuration upgrades the bottom end with Boostline forged connecting rods, Diamond forged pistons, ARP 625+ head studs, and King Racing coated main bearings. SuperTech valve springs and dedicated intake and exhaust valves provide additional valvetrain support for higher cylinder pressure and increased airflow.

Stage 4 is the highest-output configuration, designed for applications targeting 900+ WHP while retaining a street-driven focus. This build upgrades the bottom end with Boostline forged connecting rods, SuperTech 82.5mm forged pistons, Calico-coated main bearings, and ARP Custom 625+ head studs. The cylinder head receives CNC race porting and upgraded SuperTech valvetrain components to support extreme airflow and cylinder pressure.
