Overview

We chose high-durometer rubber over polyurethane for its superior damping properties plus the rubber’s ability to manage stress in both tension and compression makes it a better choice for motor mounts and bushings. Rubber is also highly effective in shear scenarios, where polyurethane often falls short. These mounts offer superior performance and reduced deflection compared to the stock motor mounts, all without the downsides of a liquid-filled design.

Note: these are performance-oriented engine mounts, and some increase in vibration and harshness is to be expected. It is a very subjective topic so it’s not possible to pinpoint what the acceptable level of increase would be. The mounts will break-in after 500-600 miles.
