• Performance-Optimized Shifting: Dramatically faster shift speeds, revised shift points, and optimized gear selection maximize acceleration while keeping the engine in its ideal powerband.
• Optimized Shift RPM: Each gear is recalibrated to shift at the ideal RPM for maximum acceleration in Drive, Sport, and AMAX modes. Manual mode retains full driver control with a 6,500 RPM rev limit in every gear.
• Enhanced Launch Control: Reworked Launch Control improves off-the-line performance. 2017–2020 (B9) models feature user-selectable Street, Aggressive, and Race launch settings, while 2021+ (B9.5) models receive an optimized launch strategy for improved 0-60 performance.
• Manual Mode Enhancements: Enables a 6,500 RPM rev limit in every gear, allows downshifts into 1st gear without coming to a complete stop, and reduces delays during multi-gear downshifts for faster throttle response.
• Improved Driveability: Revised Drive and Sport mode calibrations reduce unnecessary gear hunting, enable 7th and 8th gears in Sport Mode, and deliver quicker power on demand with smoother transmission behavior.
