• CNC machined from billet steel, precision-honed bore, zinc plated
• CAD modeling and FEA analysis
• Up to 492 HP with Stage 2 single pulley tune; up to 548 HP with dual pulley config
• 57.5mm diameter (vs 63.20mm stock); ratio 2.5672 -> 2.8217 (single) or 3.2695 (dual)
• Requires IE Stage 2 ECU tune and IE pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4), sold separately
• Fits Audi B8/B8.5 S4, S5, Q5, SQ5 (2008-2017) and C7 A6, A7 (2011-2016)
• NOT compatible with 2016-2018 A6/A7 or late CREC engines - use the 4-bolt variant instead
• Professional installation recommended (press-fit design)
