Details

• 11.67mm piston diameter (largest possible within fuel-pump body); fuel system pressure exceeding 1500psi for direct injection
• Constant diameter piston design for extended operational life
• DLC (diamond-like carbon) coated tool steel pin; nitrided tool steel cylinder for extreme wear resistance
• Molybdenum disulfide impregnated seal with spring energization prevents fuel leakage
• Hand-tested tolerances verified to 0.00005 inch precision; matched piston-cylinder sets CNC machined
• Assembled in clean environment with laminar flow hood; broken-in and dyno-tested on in-house fuel pump dyno
• Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA; supplied in new OEM housing
• Supports Stage 2 Dual Pulley ECU tunes; designed for ethanol fuel blends and higher octane fuels; 3% higher flow than competing products
• Same as OEM bolt-in replacement; requires fuel line disconnection; professional installation recommended (1-2 hours)
