Overview

034Motorsport Performance Software is a must-have for any B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5, C7 A6/A7 & Q5/SQ5 powered by the 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 engine. 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI tunes are flashed directly through the factory OBD-II port using the 034Motorsport Dynamic+ End User Flashing Kit, and offer dramatic increases in horsepower and torque throughout the powerband. The 034Motorsport Dynamic+ End User Flashing Kit allows customers to install their 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Performance Software themselves. In addition, End User Flashing allows Dynamic+ Performance Software customers to receive and install software updates and revisions, flash back to stock, or upgrade to the next stage of performance software for their vehicle.

Included at an additional cost is the Stage 1 Dynamic+ Performance TCU Software for DL501 DSG or AL551 ZF8 equipped models to further enhance the shifting and acceleration of your DSG/ZF8 equipped 3.0T! Flashed directly through your vehicle’s OBD-II port, 034Motorsport’s proprietary calibrations for the DL501 and AL551 TCU safely and effectively optimize operation for Stage 1, 2, & 2+ Dynamic+ Performance ECU Software. The result is a noticeable improvement in acceleration without sacrificing comfort or reliability.

034Motorsport Performance Software with California Air Resource Board (CARB) exempt Stage 1 files are available for on-road use under Executive Order D-850. 034Motorsport CARB exempt files are designed for residents of emissions-controlled environments and on-road use and are included free with the purchase of 034Motorsport Stage 1 Dynamic+ Tuning. 034Motorsport CARB exempt Performance Software offers the same great performance and reliability, now exempted from California Vehicle Code Section 27156 and the Federal Clean Air Act which prohibit modifications that increase motor vehicle emissions.

To receive your CARB Executive Order sticker, please fill out the following Form with the appropriate product selected after you have completed flashing the CARB exempt tuning file to your ECU.

034Motorsport Performance Software for B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7 A6/A7 models equipped with the powerful 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 engine is flashed directly through your vehicle's OBD-II port. 034Motorsport’s proprietary calibrations for the Simos 8 ECU safely and effectively increase the power output of the 3.0 TFSI engine. The result is a noticeable improvement in acceleration and throttle response, without any sacrifice in drivability or reliability.

034Motorsport's 3.0 TFSI Performance Software was developed entirely in-house on 034Motorsport's Development B8 Audi S4. The calibrations were then refined on multiple enthusiast-owned B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5 vehicles before release.

SIMOS 8.4/8.5 COMPATIBILITY:

This software is for use on Simos 8.4/8.5 equipped vehicles only and will not work on vehicles equipped with the CREC engine code (Simos 16). We advise customers, especially RoW, that if you are unsure of your engine code, please inspect your supercharger pulley. If you have a slip-on supercharger pulley, this software will work for you. If your upper Supercharger Pulley is attached with 4 bolts, it is a CREC engine code, meaning that this software will not work. VariSpec User-Configurable Tuning Features

034Motorsport VariSpec gives you direct control over key Dynamic+ Tune features, allowing you to tailor your calibration to your hardware and driving style instead of relying on a fixed featureset. All options are configured directly in the 034SPI app before flashing.

• User-Adjustable Crackle Overrun – Choose Mild, Spicy, or Off with adjustable intensity (Racing Catalyst required)
• Advanced Launch Control – Adjustable from 1500–5000 RPM via cruise control stalk (TCU tune required for DSG or ZF8)
• Throttle Body Configuration – Supports SüperDüper, INA, and other Hemi-style throttle bodies
• Catalyst Heating Control – Enable or disable catalyst heating for cold start behavior
• Left Foot Braking – Improved control for performance and track driving
• Forced Sport Mode – Enables Sport Mode functionality on vehicles without Drive Select

Available for B8/B8.5 & C7 EA837 3.0T platforms, and will be rolled out across all 034Motorsport-supported tuning platforms throughout 2026.

Advanced Launch Control

Once again, 034Motorsport has pushed the boundaries of what is possible for the 3.0T Supercharged engines found in many Audi’s through our Dynamic+ tuning! After extensive development and refinement by our world-class tuning team, all existing and future 034Motorsport tuning customers will have access to all Advanced Launch Control programs.

These features allow you to customize your desired launch RPM on the fly via your cruise control stalk, and run the intercooler pumps and engine fans at full speed below 10kph to allow for full cooling during staging prior to drag racing. This provides a large advantage over factory launching protocols as it results in the coolest possible IATs, and allows the driver to adjust their launch settings to be the most optimal for their conditions.

Note: For DL501/ZF8 equipped cars, a 034Motorsport TCU tune is required to use Advanced Launch Control. For vehicles equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, a TCU tune is not required for Advanced Launch Control.

DL501 7-Speed DSG TCU Tune Features

Flashed directly through your vehicle’s OBD-II port, 034Motorsport’s proprietary calibrations for the DL501 TCU safely and effectively raise the factory transmission's RPM limiter, increasing the available powerband and allowing your car to make use of Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 2+ECU Performance ECU Software. The DL501 7-Speed DSG transmission is found in the B8/B8.5 Audi S4 & S5, and some ROW C7 Audi A6/A7s. 034Motorsport Performance DSG Software also increases the shift speed and optimizes the shift points in Drive and Sport modes for better performance and driveability. The result is a noticeable improvement in acceleration, without any sacrifice in comfort or reliability.

The AL551 8-Speed ZF8 transmission is found in the B8/B8.5 Audi Q5/SQ5, C7/C7.5 A6/A7, and D4 A8. 034Motorsport Performance ZF8 Software also increases the shift speed and optimizes the shift points in Drive and Sport modes for better performance and driveability. The result is a noticeable improvement in acceleration, without any sacrifice in comfort or reliability..
