High-performance driving, especially with added power, can push your engine to generate excessive heat that the factory main radiator may struggle to dissipate. This can lead to elevated coolant temperatures, reducing the effectiveness of your vehicle’s cooling system and potentially impacting performance.

The 034Motorsport Radiator Upgrade is designed to replace your factory radiator with a larger, all-aluminum radiator, engineered in collaboration with the cooling experts at CSF Radiators. The 034Motorsport Radiator Upgrade utilizes an all-aluminum construction, engineered to be a drop-in replacement for the factory radiator. Featuring a thicker performance radiator core and re-engineered billet aluminum end tanks to improve the efficiency of coolant flow, the 034Motorsport Radiator Upgrade increases the coolant capacity by 40% and increases the overall cooling capacity by 16% as a result!

Not only is it larger, but the 034Motorsport Radiator Upgrade utilizes 65 individual 2-row B-tube technology cooling tubes that carry coolant across the radiator core to help disperse heat, significantly reducing recovery time between pulls! CSF’s “B-tubes” are carefully formed and seam-brazed for a stronger, more efficient design than traditional welded “O” tubes. This allows for thinner, lighter aluminum with improved cooling. The seam-brazed inlet increases heat transfer surface area by ~15%, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes within the same space.

Details

Additional Cooling Upgrades for B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5:

When looking to further improve the cooling performance of your Audi B9 S4/S5, consider pairing the 034Motorsport Radiator Upgrade with the Auxiliary Radiator Upgrade Kit, which replaces the factory side-mounted radiator with an upgraded unit from CSF Radiators!

Features:

All Aluminum Construction

Billet Aluminum End Tanks With Machined Inlet & Outlet, and Mounting Provisions

100% Tig Welded

Direct, Drop-In Installation, Compatible with OEM Accessories

40% Increase in Radiator Coolant Capacity Over Factory Radiator

OEM: 2.5L Coolant Capacity

034: 3.5L Coolant Capacity

Increased Core Thickness Over Factory Radiator

OEM: 35mm

034: 42mm

65 2-Row B-Tubes with 5mm Fin Height

16% Increase in Cooling Capacity

Manufactured by CSF Specifically for 034Motorsport

OE Part Interchange:

8W0 121 251 H

Fitment

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0878/1719/1726/files/034motorsport-radiator-upgrade-b9-b9_5-audi-s4-s5-rs5-034-102-1005-1.webp?v=1792970136
https://shopicwp.com/products/performance-radiator-upgrade-audi-b9-b9-5-s4-s5-rs5-c8-s6-s7-034motorsport
